Working on behalf of the sales team you will provide customers with pre-sales information, advice on which products to purchase and process sales orders'. You will work within in an exciting and highly motivated team environment. Sales Professionals like to have targets so you know how you are performing at a given time.

Technical care

Direct customer contact (inbound) in the scope of IT. Services and related additional services via all defined communication channels. Detailed documentation and maintenance of contacts by means of the designated tools. Circulation of all information useful for optimizing our service processes. Enlarging professional/technical knowledge and process know-how in a continuous way.


Customer care

After training in a broad range of applications you become the first point of contact with the end-users. Supported by professional colleagues, processes & software-tools (such as a knowledge database and Customer Relationship Management) you are able to handle inquiries from customers via phone, email or fax. Your customer friendly attitude and hands-on approach is one of the key elements in driving customer experience to the max.

Required skills:

-Excellent communication skills

-Near native English is required

-At least one of the following languages is required: French- German – Portuguese – Spanish – Swedish – Flemish – Italian – Greek – Arabic.

-Previous customer service experience essential including commitment to providing a first class service in a service environment.

-Ability to learn and retain information quickly, and handle a number of tasks at one time.

-Ability to follow formal procedures.

-General PC and keyboard skills and Multimedia knowledge

-Professional attitude and great attention to detail

-Ability to approach problems logically.

-High ability to empathize with customer and prioritize customer’s needs.
