Come work at the largest and nicest IT distributor of Belgium and Luxembourg: Tech Data, certified in Belgium as Top Employer!Job descriptionAs administrative assistant Credit Control & Analysis you are, together with your colleagues in the Credit Control Team, responsible for screening, monitoring and advising on the business risk to be taken divided between the pillars credit insurance, Top Up insurance and own risk. All this within the guidelines of the Tech Data Policy. You are customer-focused, accurate, decisive and have good communication skills.In addition to this:You keep Insurance standard applications up to date;You are responsible for the creation of customers in SAP;Adjusting limits in the system;Sending emails to customers for the collection of payments (using templates);Determine the credit limit of the customer based on imposed procedures (in collaboration with credit insurer);Reporting to the Finance Manager Credit Control about late payers, credit limit problems with critical customers and payment conditions;You work closely with sales and post sales to increase customer satisfaction but also to promote cash collection;Blocking and unblocking customers according to imposed procedures and depending on the customer profile;You discuss invoices with sales and post sales and escalate where necessary;You like to work in excel to keep relevant data up to date.
Requirements: You are:Have a bachelor level of education;Have an accounting education and are well able to read a balance sheet;Are very well versed in MS Excel; knowledge of Tableau and of SAP is a great asset;Are customer oriented and have good communication skills;Are accurate and punctual;You are stress resistant and enjoy working in a team;
