Weare on a search for driven and dedicated team players for the role of Goods SupportCoordinator with German, Norwegian, Dutch and English. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Offering technical information about the company goods and their use;* Contributing to testing and applying new upgrades, equipment, features, administrative andreporting tasks;* Being involved in tools development;* Providing information on the Used Oil Analysis (Signum) system and similar systems;* Nurturing a good work relation with the rest of the Coordinators, Field Coordinators and Sales;* Recording all calls and all communications with users, distributers and inter-department colleagues. Requirements:* Fluency in German,Norwegian, Dutch (B2-C1 level) andgood English language skills (level B2);* Skillful with using the MS Office package programs (MS Access experience) and CRMsoftware experience is desirable;* Customer service, technical support or L1/L2 product support experience;* Degree in mechanical, chemical or petrochemical engineering;* Eager to learn new skills and improve;* Self-motivated, organized and adaptable team-player;* Driven by team’s success and deadlines met. Our client offers:* Attractive salary and health care package;* Monthly transport allowance and performance-based bonuses;* Work at home option available after six months period;* Full time employment and standard working hours;* Opportunities for career growth and variety of training options;* Lively, supportive and friendly work atmosphere.
