We are looking for communicative adaptable and motivated individuals forthe role of Online Trade Support with Dutch, French, German, Italian and English. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Interacting with customers via calls, chat and email and striving to provide great service;* Guiding the interaction with customers (listening to quarries, taking orders, providingproducts info, tracking deliveries, returns…);* Preforming multiple tasks and trying to reply to customers needs in a timely manner;* Thinking of new ways to improve the business process and brand loyalty and sales rates;* Keeping the systems updated and collaborating with other teams in order to achieve the best customer experience. Requirements:* Fluency in Dutch, French, German, Italian and English (both verbal and written);* Strong PC user skillset;* High-school or University diploma;* Previous experience in a customer service environment is considered an advantage;* Able to provide great customer experience and represent the company and the brand in thebest way possible;* Flexible and driven, striving to follow KPIs and achieve set targets. Our client offers:* Attractive remuneration and social benefits package (additional life insurance, medical plan,transport allowance);* Performance based bonuses and annual rewards;* Relocation package and paid holiday;* Opportunities for further career development and growth;* Exciting and supportive work atmosphere and a great office space.
