Description: Astrea Recruitment was found in 2007 with one principal mission – to be different.We transformed this vision into a key driver of our efforts to be always available when our clients orpartners need us to advise and guide them in taking important decisions.Our partners are increasing continuously and their satisfaction is the best business card for us. For one of our clients – a trusted company that offers software for creating and deploying businessapplications we are looking for responsible and organized individual for the role of New BusinessDevelopment Specialist with Dutch, Polish, Russian. The role is a good fit for someone who is experienced in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients, able to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships and has experience in a sales or sales operations function. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.Have a strong phone presence and dial dozens of calls per day.Organize/Perform basic online product demos to prospects.Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions.Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.Requirements:Fluency in both Dutch, Polish, Russian and English languages.Passion for selling software products.Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.Know-how in solution selling, identifying clients’ needs and mapping them to a solution.Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.Able to ask the right questions to qualify the opportunity and reach the right stakeholders.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Our client offers:Competitive salary.Employee Stock Purchase Plan Enrollment; Vacation, Family, and Health.An extra day off for your birthday.Two additional days off for volunteering.Premium healthcare and dental care coverage.Additional pension insurance.Co-funded Multisport card.Daycare Center for your little ones onsite.
