Requirements: You would be expected to:Assist customers with various queries via telephone, email, chat, Messenger, etc. Cooperate with dutch- speaking sales partners; Liaise with Logistics and Warehouse Teams in order to ensure timely fulfillment of the customers’ orders; Resolve customer’s complaints;
