Are you the support technician in your family?Are you living in Portugal?Do you have advanced knowledge of Dutch?In this project you can help users of one of the world's largest search engines. Interested? key responsibilities ability to assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social messaging channels (as assigned);ability to adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews)channels;respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information; 
Requirements: fluency in both dutch and english, spoken and written;preferably previous working experience in a call center;high school diploma or a higher education degree;experience in technical troubleshooting (preferable)
Offer: - schedule: 8am to 5pm- signing bonus of 3000€- base salary of 1000€ per 14 months- performance bonus up to 350€ per 12months- meal allowance of 7.23€ per day- health insurance after 6 months- location: lisbon (oriente)
