We are looking for a Customer Support Professional to join our team of bright and forward-thinking specialists

  • Handling Business Clients requests via phone, email and chat
  • Providing support to the utilized services our customers use
  • Providing accurate information and maintain detailed and in-depth checks
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support


You are good fit for the role if you: 

  • Are fluent in Dutch and have working level of English
  • Are customer service oriented
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Are experienced in MS Office
  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills
