Adecco Human Resources is currently hiring Dutch Speakers with an advanced level of English for a position of
Customer Service Representative
in Lisbon, namely for a project in the Tourism Industry.
- Support to Guest managing Reservations (Requests & Complaints);
- Administrative Tasks;
- Inbound Based Customer Support, through phone and email;
- Support to Partners ( B2B) managing Extranet (Assistance to Partners managing theirs Hotels/Hostels, e.g. open availability, manage calendar, invoices).
If you are:
- Fluent or native in Dutch
- Advanced level of English;
- Customer-focus and strong communication skills
- Dynamic profile;
- Skills in troubleshooting;
- Keen eye for details to ensure high accuracy;
- Intermediate PC skills
The offer includes:
- Base salary + language complement + food allowance + productivity bonus;
- Possible relocation package with financial support in housing and flight to Lisbon and attractive signing bonus;
- Home Office until further notice;
- Work Schedule: from Monday to Sunday, between 7 am and 10 pm, options available. Rotational time off.
