Description: Do you have strong communication skills (native or advanced level of Dutch or Flemish), and would you like to work in an international environment, assisting Dutch-speaking customers? This is your chance, because we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen our Customer Service team in the amazing Valencia!As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:- Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C)- Giving advice and providing solutions- Maintaining a good customer relationship- Making sure that all issues are solved and documented
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and empathy- Discipline, accuracy and reliability- Respectful and positive attitude towards customers- Solution-oriented approach- Patience- Ability to express yourself in a coherent and concise manner- Motivation to contribute to our customer satisfaction and business successWhat you need:- Native level of Dutch or Flemish- Good level of English- Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)- Basic computer skills are required- Call center experience is a plus, but not a must
