Customer Service Agent (Dutch / Flemish)
Do you have strong communication skills (native or advanced level of Dutch or Flemish), and would you like to work in an international environment, assisting Dutch-speaking customers? As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C)
- Giving advice and providing solutions
- Maintaining a good customer relationship
- Making sure that all issues are solved and documented
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Discipline, accuracy and reliability
- Respectful and positive attitude towards customers
- Solution-oriented approach
- Patience
- Ability to express yourself in a coherent and concise manner
- Motivation to contribute to our customer satisfaction and business success
What you need:
- Native level of Dutch or Flemish
- Good level of English
- Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
- Basic computer skills are required
- Call center experience is a plus, but not a must
- Fixed salary plus the possibility to earn a bonus up to €3000 / year
