Responsibilities:

• Analyze online content (for example: text, image, audio, video, or other formats)
• Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time
• Become familiar with clients products and community standards
• Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on clients sites such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
• Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
• Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
• Enforce Clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality

• Swedish or Dutch + English B2
• Previous experience in data labelling would be an asset
• Education: High School Diploma/GED; Some degree of further education/college desirable
• Be able to work on rotating shifts with the possibility to work in the weekends (NO night shifts).
• Willingness and availability to work in the office in Bucharest
