We're looking for a Customer Service Agent with German or Dutch to join a multinational outsourcing company located in Lisbon!
As a Customer Service Agent with German or Dutch, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will handle calls/emails in both German or Dutch and English
- You will manage special requests, and online orders
- You will handle complaints
- You will collaborate with other departments
Schedule: in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday (8h/day) and you will still have 2 days off per week
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You're fluent in German or Dutch
- You have an advanced level of English
- You have great communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- You're able to work autonomously
- You're organized and detail-oriented
