We are hiring talents to join our team supporting clients, with responsibilities such as: Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients.Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry while troubleshooting the customer’s issue.Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients.Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.Searching for the most accurate and effective solution to the problem stated.Being blended throughout the day on different channels.
Requirements: Potential candidates should have proficient knowledge of Dutch & good level of English. The position also requires good communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
