Description: Your new employer in Portugal is a well-known customer service provider that has many headquarters across Europe. The company currently employs over 400 thousands people and regularly receives awards for employer satisfaction. Currently, our client is looking for Dutch-speaking employees in customer service and content moderation!! You can work from anywhere in Portugal, i.e. fully remote from home! If you do not speak English - no problem; we have a vacancy for you!If you speak Dutch at "only" advanced level - no problem; we also have vacancy for you! Your responsibilities on the daily basis:Providing clients with the necessary informationSupport for a certain number of customers assigned by phone, email or remote connectionImplementation of objectives in accordance with quality standardsWork as the main contact for all customer problems
Requirements: What you need to succeedYou have a native or near-to-native command of Dutch (min. C1) Good command of English (min. B1)Ability to work on the phone and via e-mailCustomer-oriented actionYou need to be a teamwork as well as independent workerYou can move to Portugal or already live there
