We have created a platform that helps 55,000+ local businesses gain customers in their region in Belgium and the Netherlands. Think booking.com but for local businesses.

We are now looking for a customer support specialist to help our entrepreneurs to get the most out of our platform. Our team consists of about 30 driven young men and women split between our Antwerp and Amsterdam office, and we would love you to be number 31. You can pick which office you prefer.

The position

As a Customer Success employee for the Belgian market, you are the first point of contact for new and existing Flemish customers. You are our in-house product expert and therefore know exactly how the customer can get the most out of our service. You will meet our customers, walk them through the platform and its benefits, answer any questions they might have, or troubleshoot if they run into issues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an academic/professional bachelor working and thinking level
• Is available 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
• Has experience in customer contact
• Has a good command of the Dutch language (Flemish) orally and in writing
• Is communicatively strong
• Is open to a job where you will have a lot of fun
