We are hiring talents to join our team supporting clients, with responsibilities such as:

• Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients.
• Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry while troubleshooting the customer’s issue.
• Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients.
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
• Searching for the most accurate and effective solution to the problem stated.
• Being blended throughout the day on different channels.

Potential candidates should have proficient knowledge of Dutch & good level of English. The position also requires good communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.

• Competitive monthly salary - 1100 - 1300 euros gross base salary + 2 extra salaries per year + Performance Bonus
