Dutch-speaking Customer Care Representative in Lisbon

We are looking for Dutch speakers with a sports-oriented spirit and strong communication skills. As a Customer Care Representative for Foot Locker, you will provide high-quality customer satisfaction in your own language.

✨ The Profile: 

- You are fluent in Dutch and have a high level of English (C1)

- You have excellent listening and communications skills

- You have familiarity with online advertising products and social media 

-You have proficient solid Microsoft Office experience

- You are interesting in providing quality customer service

- You are open to learning all about customer care strategies and understanding of company’s products 

- You are outgoing and charming 

- You are able to work 40 hours per week 

***Experience in customer support is a plus 

✅ Your responsibilities: 

- Provide a customer

- Friendly service by showing interest in the customer, guaranteeing a positive relationship with the brand

- Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers, approaching all their questions and doubts

- Manage customer queries about orders, accounts, payments and stock availability
